1. Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn
In their original condition with all tags attached
In the original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Items without tags or in damaged packaging
Personalized or custom-made products

How to Return an Item

Contact us at post@urbansports.no with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address
Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us at post@urbansports.no to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at post@urbansports.no with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
